Job Summary

Provide professional massage and body therapy services while maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment. Assist with daily spa operations and deliver excellent customer service to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and body therapy services tailored to customer needs
• Recommend appropriate massage treatments based on client preferences and conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Prepare towels, oils, and supplies to support smooth daily spa operations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively in basic English to understand and respond to customer requests
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
• Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
