Job Description

This is a new role within the global marcom team in alignment with our focus on developing our mass market activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a consistent and compelling approach to mass market communications for India and SAPAC. You will be part of the mass market communications team, within the digital campaigns team and working very closely with our senior vice president of Sales for the SAPAC region.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Cooordination of mass market & etailer marketing communications activities for India and SAPAC

  • Deploy the strategy for co-marketing programs with distribution marketing and eTailers to expand the funnel, aligning and developing processes across the region
  • Help to execute a content strategy that supports all stages of the buying journey through the channels and formats most wanted by mass market in collaboration with sales. With a focus on developing long tail customers and startups to become part of collaborative growth journey.
  • Activate communities beyond nxp.com as influencers for global marcom programs, working with the global team to develop and maintain media presence and activities
  • Grow online voice to span key channels blogs, social media, communities and training
  • Support industry, training and partner events in the region working closely with the global events team and the regional sales colleagues.
  • Provide counsel and proactive plans for mass market related marcom activities and collaborate with digital campaign team to deliver compelling campaigns
  • Collaborate with solutions selling marcom experts

Measurement

  • Manage the budget for mass market communications, align needs with performance goals and track spend against budget
  • Establish and track KPIs for individual initiatives and programs in alignment with digital marketing campaign processes

Required Skills

  • Must be a strong collaborator and drive effective relationships across other functional teams
  • Must be an efficient and effective marketing manager
  • Able to evaluate or design collateral and creative content
  • Able to quickly understand and apply messaging across a variety of outputs
  • Strong understanding of channel specifics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a communications role, preferably within a technology company
  • Degree in marketing, communications or related fields
  • Exceptional verbal, written communications, and presentation skills in English
  • Experience in analyzing data, identify trends, and provide intelligent conclusions/recommendations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of social and digital media campaigns
