Role Description The Mascot Performance & Choreography Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for planning, choreographing, and performing mascot shows and character appearances across DreamUs Group venues and mobile activations. The executive will design routines and performance scripts that align with brand guidelines, ensure consistency of character movements, and create engaging interactions for children, families, and event guests. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating rehearsal schedules, training performers on choreography and performance standards, collaborating with events and operations teams on show flow, and ensuring health and safety practices for performers in costume. The role also involves supporting event execution, providing creative input on new show concepts, and maintaining mascot costumes and performance props in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and plan dance choreography and performance content for mascot shows

· Design simple, engaging routines suitable for young children

· Plan performance flow, music selection, and show execution

· Train and guide staff to perform consistently

· Conduct rehearsals and maintain performance quality

· Oversee mascot costume usage, cleanliness, and maintenance

· Ensure performance area setup, safety, and crowd flow

Daily Operations

· Support day-to-day indoor playground operations (crowd control, guest engagement, safety checks)

· Assist with opening and closing duties

Merchandise Handling

· Assist with merchandise sales when required

· Perform daily stock counting and ensure display is neat and replenished

· Report stock discrepancies or low inventory

Requirements

· Experience in dance, choreography, performing arts, or children's entertainment

· Confident in teaching and leading a team

· Energetic and comfortable engaging with children

· Able to work weekends and public holidays

Preferred

· Experience in indoor playgrounds, events, or theme parks
