Mascot Performance & Choreography Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to lead mascot performances, while supporting daily park operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

. Create and plan dance choreography and performance content for mascot shows

. Design simple, engaging routines suitable for young children

. Plan performance flow, music selection, and show execution

. Train and guide staff to perform consistently

. Conduct rehearsals and maintain performance quality

. Oversee mascot costume usage, cleanliness, and maintenance

. Ensure performance area setup, safety, and crowd flow

Daily Operations

. Support day-to-day indoor playground operations (crowd control, guest engagement, safety checks)

. Assist with opening and closing duties

Merchandise Handling

. Assist with merchandise sales when required

. Perform daily stock counting and ensure display is neat and replenished

. Report stock discrepancies or low inventory

Requirements

. Experience in dance, choreography, performing arts, or children's entertainment

. Confident in teaching and leading a team

. Energetic and comfortable engaging with children

. Able to work weekends and public holidays

Preferred

. Experience in indoor playgrounds, events, or theme parks
