Marketplace & E-commerce Operations Associate

We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Operations Associate to keep our online stores running smoothly across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify in Singapore and Malaysia. You'll be the go-to person for updating product listings, managing campaigns and storefronts. This role is perfect for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes work of e-commerce and wants to make a real impact on the customer experience while learning the ins and outs of marketplace and website operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify

• Support marketplace and website campaigns

• Manage e-commerce and marketplace storefronts, ensuring they all look fresh and accurate

• Prepare simple sales and performance reports

• Work closely with internal teams and platform reps to troubleshoot issues quickly

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations

• Familiar with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop backend platforms

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic reporting

• A team player who's proactive, curious, and eager to learn
