Responsibilities
- Manage and grow digital sales platforms, including CRM and consumer-facing tools.
- Identify and evaluate products, services, and partnerships to enhance platform offerings.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through outreach and negotiations.
- Lead vendor onboarding from development to platform integration.
- Oversee vendor performance and foster long-term partnerships.
- Drive user engagement and adoption of platform products and services.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships to support platform growth and success.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in platform management, product sourcing & vendor engagement is preferred.
- Team-oriented, well-organized, and detail-focused.
- Able to drive strategic initiatives and meet deadlines.
