Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Marketing role located in Clementi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing professional will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, crafting effective communication plans, and supporting sales initiatives to increase Vendtopia's reach and brand presence. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies tailored to specific audiences.
• Sales skills to drive client acquisition and achieve company goals.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the vending industry or FMCG sector is an advantage.
