ensure strategic initiatives deliver against key market specific business objectives for selected country teams, flagship events etc. including one bank events
evaluate competition, the market and program performance to seize new program opportunities and make recommendations to enhance current programs and improve results
work with internal partners to develop best in class content for marketing programs
be the digital marketing expert on email marketing, working across the business to coordinate and manage email delivery, optimization and reporting.
take the lead on social media content and lead generation, ensuring tracking and accountability on the platforms
establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks and acceptable ROIs
keep abreast of new and emerging marketing resources and new digital marketing tools , webinar platforms, new production ideas etc that would be relevant for our business and contribute to digital transformation of our business
manage and maintain all aspects of project budget including invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit checks
manage vendor relationships related to fulfillment and offer management for marketing programs
appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for firm's reputation by ensuring compliance of marketing with applicable guidelines & regulation (e.g. cross border rules) and to manage any regulation changes and their impacts to marketing documents, this also applies to having sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, business practices and escalating and managing risk
ensure strict adherence to UBS's brand standards, look-and-feel and to harness best practices across geographies and business channels.
