We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and build brand awareness within the B2B sector across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the warehouse automation, logistics technology, or industrial automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional participation in key industry trade shows, events, and webinars from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
- Develop and manage social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) to engage with our target audience, promote content, and generate quality leads.
- Create and localize marketing collateral (e.g., case studies, brochures, presentations) tailored for the SEA & ANZ markets.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email nurtures, LinkedIn advertising) to support lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management, nurturing, and conversion, tracking ROI of marketing activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Proven experience in event management and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the warehouse automation, logistics, supply chain, or robotics industry.
- Experience marketing to the SEA & ANZ regions.
- Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
