Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with Leads Generation, SEO, SEM and leveraging all social media platforms to enhance leads generation efforts and our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities

Leads Generation Strategy:

Plan and execute leads generation campaigns, email marketing and offline marketing to reach out to our target audience. Optimize campaigns to improve the volume and quality of our leads. Understand leads funnelling framework to continuously lower client acquisition cost.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop, implement and manage our SEO, SEM and digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase online visibility and improve our search rankings.

Content Creation and Management:

Create compelling content for our website and social media platforms, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and user management.

Social Media and Website Management:

Create, manage and optimize leads generation campaigns. Manage and grow our presence on all relevant social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, RedNote and others. Optimze website for user experience and track performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media activities using analytical tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to guide strategy.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities in the immigration consultancy field.

Brand Promotion:

Work collaboratively with other team members to promote our brand and services effectively to our target audience.

Collaboration with external partners:

Collaborate with external agencies or vendors as required to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketingconcepts, strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and otheranalytical and advertising tools.
  • Experience in Hubspot is preferred.
  • Excellent content creation and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills.
