  • Cross-Border Marketing Strategy: Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing solutions for Korean and Japanese sellers targeting across Southeast Asia and Taiwan markets, aligning with platform strategy and seasonal priorities.
  • Content-Led Commerce Enablement: Design and scale content-centric solutions, including livestreaming, KOL/affiliate marketing, and brand storytelling to help sellers boost awareness and conversion.
  • Multi-Category Ownership: While beauty is a priority category, build solutions that are adaptable across other key verticals such as fashion, hobbies, and consumer electronics.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing and content specialists. Drive team performance, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Campaign & Project Leadership: Orchestrate campaign execution for major sales events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), category pushes, and seller enablement programs.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor marketing effectiveness across campaigns, channels, and tools-providing insights and making data-backed decisions to improve performance.
  • Seller Education & Stakeholder Collaboration: Own the creation of playbooks, training sessions, and seller onboarding materials. Collaborate closely with account managers, category teams, and regional stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy, with regional exposure.
  • Demonstrated team management experience with leading the team members, setting KPIs, and driving high-performance teams.
  • Experience in the Beauty industry is a strong plus, but open to candidates with broader category expertise.
  • Strong capability in content solution development, including livestream, video strategy, influencer marketing, or platform-native content tools.
  • Track record of campaign planning and execution for cross-border or regional e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance dashboards and ROI-focused decision-making.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region. Japanese proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and collaborative with a builder's mindset and passion for growing markets.
  • Proven leadership capability in developing team members while driving performance and cross-team collaboration.
