Job Summary
KADA is a multi-use lifestyle space housed in a conserved heritage building, bringing together dining, wellness/fitness and community experiences. We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to support its digital presence by capturing engaging content and telling the story of its lifestyle space, tenants, and community. This part-time role requires an average of 10 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
- Capture and create visually compelling short-form videos and photos that showcase KADA's space, tenants, and community activities
- Develop engaging social media content that appeals to both local and tourist audiences
- Use social media tools such as Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Canva, and Xiaohongshu to produce and edit content
- Walk the premises regularly to identify and document moments that highlight the lifestyle and culture of KADA
- Engage confidently with corporate clients and stakeholders during KADA events to support content creation and relationship building
- Work independently to plan, execute, and deliver social media content quickly and effectively
- Apply storytelling techniques to enhance visual composition and audience engagement
- Demonstrate proactive observation and approach people or situations to capture authentic content
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong communications skills (both verbal and written) in English. Chinese is a bonus.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Interest in lifestyle spaces, social media trends, and content creation
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Familiarity with food & beverage, wellness, or events content
- Experience pitching ideas to corporate clients
