Marketing, Social Media & Events Assistant

Pachamama Productions is a Latin-music-driven events collective bringing vibrant cultural experiences to Singapore. We're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing, Social Media & Events Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a 3-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. It's a great fit for someone who loves music, social media, and events, and who wants to gain valuable experience in event production and community building.
What You'll Do
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Capture and post live stories and reels during events.
- Run and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns.
- Contribute fresh, creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with event preparation, decoration, and setup.
- Be on-site during events (usually once a month, on weekends) to support activations and capture content.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and online trends.
- Creative, proactive, and reliable mindset.
- Passion for music, events, and community building.
- Basic design skills and video editing (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign).
