Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Participate actively in one-on-one mentorship and coaching sessions with experienced leaders to enhance skills and knowledge
- Build effective communication and interpersonal skills by collaborating with team members and engaging with clients
- Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying opportunities for personal and professional development
- Apply feedback constructively to improve work performance and support continuous growth
- Adapt confidently to new challenges by stepping outside comfort zones to meet evolving demands
- Contribute effectively within a fast-paced, high-performance team environment to achieve collective goals
- Maintain strong performance and development focus to work consistently toward clear progression opportunities
- Engage in regional exposure and travel opportunities when applicable to broaden experience and professional networks
