Job Description:
We are a well-established Construction and Manpower Supply Company in Singapore seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support business developmentand client engagement in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote construction and manpower supply services to local clients
- Develop new business opportunities
- Develop new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners
- Conduct market research and prepare marketing strategies and business proposals
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Achieve sales and business development targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum3 - 5 years of relevant experience (construction/manpower industry preferred)
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Singapore construction market and MOM regulations (advantage)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SGD [2800 - 4500] (Negotiable, based on experience)
