Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in brand management, reporting, and overall brand growth and marketing initiatives
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
• Prepare and compile monthly sales reports and marketing presentations materials
• Purchase & monitor raw materials & liaise with external suppliers
• Monitor daily brand inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing external partners and stakeholders and handle inquiries
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Track sales results and campaign KPIs, ensuring performance stays within allocated budgets
• Ensure up-to-date and proper filing of documents and paperwork
• Coordinate ad hoc events to increase product visibility and brand awareness
• Manage and maintain the company's branding across social media platforms
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related FMCG field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools experience in brand marketing is an added advantage
• Independent, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work alternate 5.5-days week
