The successful candidate that would best suit this position would need to demonstrate with a positive go get it attitude and personality. As a Marketing & Sales Executive or Manager, you need to understand the key areas that makes our company stand out and present them to clients in a professional manner.

You should have the drive and inclination to remain at the forefront of our business sector. Liaise with team to design and development up-to-date marketing collaterals.

Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible to source for new business leads and corporate sales
Assisting the management team to grow existing sales & marketing team
New business support and pitching
Handle sales enquires from client
Liaise with clients on their project & design requirements
Prepare quotation based on the proposed project specifications
Project Coordination:

Scheduling the workflow to ensure smooth coordination with various parties involved in the projects
Supervise and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality project completion
Ensure all proposed design and timeline set are met

Working closely with management team for new marketing ideas and collaterals preparations
Liaise with clients on their project & design requirements
Develop concepts and create design artworks for both online and printing collaterals including banners, brochures, logos, newsletters and posters

Proficient in English & Mandarin

Knowledgeable with modern website development creatives and digital marketing landscape
In-depth understanding of the various Digital Marketing disciplines, website development business sector and corporate services will be an added advantage
