Marketing Sales Executive

OVERVIEW

A Singapore-based advertising company specializing in customer support and marketing assistance is hiring consultants. You will provide marketing support and consultation for Japanese companies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Communicate with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify business opportunities and propose optimal solutions

-Manage an SMB (Small and Medium Business) client portfolio, driving product adoption and revenue growth

-Provide pre- and post-sales product support within your area of expertise

-Stay up to date with advertising solution trends and resolve issues as a subject matter expert

-Create success stories and support quality management tasks based on product usage experience and advertiser feedback

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Strong communication skills

-Business-level English proficiency or above

-Comfortable working towards and achieving KPIs

-Japanese language skills to communicate with Japanese clients

BENEFITS

-Monthly salary: S$5,000-7,000
