. Develop hotel revenue and sales plans across segments: corporate, leisure, MICE, travel trade, OTA, and groups.
. Build partnerships with travel agencies, online platforms, tour operators, and corporate clients.
. Review pricing, promotions, and distribution channels to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
3. Marketing Management
. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, Public Relations, media, events).
. Manage brand identity, creative development, and marketing collateral.
. Oversee digital marketing including social media, SEO/SEM, website content, and CRM.
. Coordinate launch events, roadshows, open houses, and hotel promotional events.
4. Revenue Optimization & Performance Tracking
. Analyze sales performance, conversion funnels, occupancy trends, and revenue data.
. Implement revenue management strategies for hotel operations (dynamic pricing, demand forecasting).
. Recommend improvements in pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
. Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reports for senior management.
5. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
. Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and operations teams for residential projects.
. Partner with hotel operators, GMs, and revenue managers to align marketing and sales strategies.
. Manage relationships with media, advertising agencies, Public Relations firms, and digital marketing vendors.
. Build strong ties with government agencies, tourism boards, and corporate partners.
6. Team Leadership
. Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams across both sectors.
. Set KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training.
. Recruit and develop high-performing team members.
7. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
. Oversee customer service standards for property buyers and hotel guests.
. Implement CRM strategies to drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and positive reviews.
. Resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
8. Budgeting & Cost Control
. Manage and optimize marketing and sales budgets.
. Ensure cost-efficiency in campaigns, events, and partnerships.
. Review ROI of all activities and eliminate non-performing spend.
9. Compliance & Administration
. Ensure all marketing materials comply with real estate regulations and hotel brand standards.
. Oversee documentation for property sales, promotions, and contracts.
. Maintain confidentiality of business, client, and financial information.
