Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Marketing Research Analyst for a contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Responsibilities:
- Translate key business questions into a holistic learning plan that guides research priorities.
- Design and execute research across audience understanding, campaign development, and creative/message testing employing multiple methods, identifying respondent recruitment strategies, weighing country selection tradeoffs, and crafting questionnaires.
- Deliver actionable insights by translating findings into clear recommendations and implications that inspire application across marketing and the wider organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Decision Science, and Global Marketing Insights teams shaping research inputs (messages, creatives) and embedding insights effectively.
- Focus on India market priorities Hindi-speaking capability and proven experience leading research in India are essential requirements.
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience with a strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research, with mandatory APAC regional expertise.
- Proven ability to solve diverse problems from blank slate/undefined challenges to well-defined issues by applying suitable methodologies.
- Skilled in synthesizing insights from multiple sources to deliver holistic, compelling recommendations that drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Hindi language as a key requirement.
