We're looking for someone who can drive revenue, create partnerships, and bring people through the door.
Drive customer growth and revenue, not just engagement
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, WhatsApp, email, and on-ground activations
Close private events, brand collaborations, and partnerships
Initiate and execute creative ideas to attract new audiences
Support and execute venue launches, menu releases, and special events
Manage content creation (photo/video/social) as part of the bigger strategy
Track performance (bookings, sales, ROI) and continuously improve
Proven experience in F&B / hospitality / nightlife marketing (must)
Experience in closing events, partnerships, or collaborations
Strong commercial mindset - understands revenue, not just branding
Creative, proactive, and able to execute quickly
Hands-on approach - from idea to execution
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment
Not a content scheduling / social media only role
Not a corporate marketing position
Not for candidates who require heavy structure or slow processes
Base salary: SGD 4,000 - 6,000 (depending on experience)
Performance bonus based on events closed, partnerships, and revenue contribution
Strong performers will have growth opportunities as the group expands
