Job Summary
Create engaging social media content and manage digital marketing campaigns to build OverEasy's brand identity and drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, Instagrammable photos and TikTok/Reels videos to enhance brand identity and attract target audiences
- Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns, restaurant deals, and festive specials such as Chinese New Year and Mother's Day to increase customer traffic
- Manage the Google Business Profile by updating information, responding to customer reviews, and maintaining a positive online presence
- Develop and run targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to reach and engage local customers
- Identify and collaborate with local food influencers (KOLs) and nearby business partners to expand brand reach and community engagement
- Manage the customer database and loyalty programs to encourage repeat visits and strengthen customer relationships
- Utilize Canva or basic design tools to create visually appealing marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Write clear, engaging copy in English for social media posts, promotions, and digital content to effectively communicate brand messages
- Demonstrate a proactive and creative mindset with a passion for food and comfort working in a hands-on operational environment
