Job Description

The Marketing Operations Specialist is the engine room of LionsBot's marketing department. Your mission is to ensure our marketing engine runs with precision and supports global scalability by owning CRM hygiene, lead lifecycle integrity, and marketing automation execution.

This role enables a predictable, high-quality pipeline flow from Net New to SQL across global markets. You will support the productivity of our Sales and Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) through accurate data, timely reporting, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Lead Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end lead lifecycle in HubSpot (Net New MQL SAL SQL Pipeline Opportunities).
  • Manage lead status, routing, scoring, and handoffs to ISR and Sales teams.
  • Monitor MQL and SAL aging to maintain agreed SLAs and lead velocity.

Marketing Automation & Email Operations

  • Execute HubSpot operations, including email scheduling, QA, and workflow/trigger management.
  • Manage lead uploads and general database housekeeping.
  • Ensure all campaigns and nurtures are executed with zero operational errors.

Data Quality & Lead Enrichment

  • Maintain high CRM hygiene through regular audits and deduplication.
  • Utilize tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) to enrich lead and account data with firmographic and contact details.
  • Ensure data completeness for accurate segmentation, reporting, and attribution.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track lifecycle performance, conversion rates, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Investigate and explain data variances to leadership in a timely manner.

CMS & Global Support

  • Support CMS operations, including landing page setup and content updates.
  • Coordinate translations via CMS and agencies (e.g., XTM) to support multiple regions.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for global Marketing, ISR, and Sales teams.

Required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing operations, CRM management, or lead management.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales automation tools.
  • Attributes: Detail-obsessed, process-driven, and comfortable with repetitive operational work that requires high precision.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with lead enrichment and data deduplication tools.
  • Prior exposure to global or regional marketing teams and multi-language coordination.
