Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing & Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence. This hybrid role bridges creative marketing execution with process-driven operationsmanaging campaigns, optimizing lead workflows, coordinating cross-functional logistics, executing marketing events, and maintaining data integrity across systems. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable crafting compelling content, analyzing campaign performance, and streamlining operational workflows to scale marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Strategy Support

Plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, webinars, events, paid media).

Manage logistics for marketing events (virtual/in-person): vendor coordination, budget tracking, post-event follow-up.

Develop and update marketing collateral (e.g., case studies, presentations, landing pages) aligned with brand guidelines.

Support lead generation efforts: qualify inbound leads (MQL/SQL), coordinate handoff to sales, and nurture prospects via automated workflows.

Ability to engage with prospects at all levelsfrom entry-level contacts up to senior managementto uncover new business opportunities.

Marketing Operations & Systems Management

Ensure data hygiene: standardize lead scoring, duplicate records, and enforce compliance protocols.

Automate routine processes (e.g., email sequences, reporting dashboards, campaign tagging).

Collaborate with Sales Ops, regional marketing teams and Product teams to align systems, integrations, and reporting frameworks.

Monitor campaign KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, ROI) and provide data-driven insights for optimization.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Support budget planning, PO processing, and monthly expense reconciliation.

Document SOPs, campaign playbooks, and performance reports for knowledge sharing and continuity.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience: 24 years in marketing, with exposure to operations, demand generation, or growth functions. SaaS/tech industry experience preferred.

Understand current and emerging technologiesespecially in cloud computing and AIand continuously update knowledge of new services and tools through self-learning and intellectual curiosity.

Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with SQL or basic data querying is a plus.

Experience executing events and managing cross-functional projects

Good to have:

Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau).

Familiar with the Southeast Asia/APAC market
