Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our marketing infrastructure, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our processes are optimized. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to streamline operations, manage our marketing technology stack, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Systems Management
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.)
- Serve as the primary administrator for marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing tools and other business systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and vendors as needed
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment
Campaign Operations & Execution
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows
- Set up and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs
- Coordinate campaign logistics across multiple channels and ensure timely execution
- Manage marketing asset organization and maintain our digital asset library
- Support webinar setup, registration management, and follow-up processes
Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain data hygiene and integrity across all marketing systems
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and KPIs
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns
- Support attribution modeling and ROI analysis for marketing programs
- Conduct regular audits of marketing data and processes
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and proper routing
- Work with Field Marketing on campaign requirements and asset needs
- Support compliance requirements related to data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Solid understanding of lead scoring, B2B marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, web3, or crypto industries is advantageous
