Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven marketing professional to take full ownership of our marketing function in a dynamic affiliate marketing company.
This is a standalone role reporting directly to management, where you will be trusted to plan, execute, and oversee all marketing initiatives - from social media and branding to events, podcasts, and partner engagement.
If you are highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision, this is the role for you.
Do note that this is a fully onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Publish at least one high-quality post per week across company social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Maintain a running content calendar at least one month in advance.
- Align content with brand tone, company milestones, affiliate wins, and team culture.
2. Conference & Event Planning
- Plan company conference attendance at least six months ahead.
- Research and book relevant events, coordinate ticket purchases, booth reservations, and key deadlines.
- Secure hotels/accommodation near venues and prepare marketing collaterals.
- Work with management on budget and timeline approvals.
3. Company Branding Oversight
- Maintain visual and verbal brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, social, decks, emails, merchandise).
- Manage updates to the company deck, media kits, and other public-facing materials.
- Collaborate with designers or vendors to elevate brand presentation.
4. Affiliate Partner Contests
- Plan and execute quarterly contests or incentive programs for affiliate partners.
- Coordinate with the Affiliate Team on mechanics, timelines, and prizes.
- Ensure promotional materials are well-designed and distributed on time.
5. LinkedIn Profile Audit & Optimisation
- Conduct quarterly audits for all team members LinkedIn profiles.
- Ensure professional banners, profile images, and consistent branding.
- Support team members in building their personal brands and industry credibility.
6. Company Podcast Management
- Manage podcast production from guest booking to publication.
- Coordinate interviews, oversee editing, and handle distribution with promotional assets.
7. Top Offer Reporting
- Publish a monthly report on top-performing offers and market trends.
- Work with BI and Affiliate Teams to compile data and insights.
8. Bi-Weekly Marketing Reports
- Submit status updates on all marketing initiatives, calendars, deadlines, and cross-team updates.
9. Annual Company Trip Planning
- Lead planning for the annual team trip, from destination sourcing to activity coordination.
- Gather team input to ensure the trip supports culture and morale.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a role with both strategic and execution responsibilities.
- Strong track record in social media management, event marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in affiliate marketing is an advantage.
