About the Role

This position supports the Japan outbound remittance business, focusing on corridor research, migrant user behavior analysis, and localized growth strategy execution.

You will gain exposure to international remittance operations, cross-cultural marketing, and data-driven performance tracking across multiple corridors.

Key Responsibilities

. Support Japan outbound remittance corridors (Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Thailand).

. Conduct research on migrant communities and remittance behavior in Japan.

. Assist in localized campaign planning and execution.

. Track transaction data, user acquisition metrics, and corridor performance indicators.

. Support multilingual localization of marketing materials and communication content.

. Prepare strategic reports and competitor intelligence analysis.

Requirements

. Year 3/4 university student or recent graduate in Business, International Trade, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

. Strong interest in Japan market strategy and cross-border fintech operations.

. Candidates from Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, or the Philippines are encouraged to apply.

. Fluent in English Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage.

. Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi, or Thai language skills are preferred.

. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work independently.

. Must be legally eligible to intern in Singapore.
