About the Role
We are seeking a driven and analytical intern to support and optimize Singapore outbound remittance corridors across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and other SEA markets).
This role provides direct exposure to cross-border transaction data, FX pricing strategy, and corridor-level performance management. You will gain hands-on experience in fintech growth strategy, pricing analysis, and regional market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
. Take ownership of assigned Singapore outbound remittance corridors.
. Monitor FX pricing, cost structures, and corridor-level profitability.
. Analyze transaction and user behavior data to optimize acquisition efficiency, revenue growth, and corridor performance.
. Design and support targeted marketing campaigns for migrant communities.
. Conduct competitor benchmarking (pricing, fees, positioning, promotional strategy).
. Support peak-season campaign execution and post-campaign performance analysis.
. Prepare weekly performance reports covering transaction volume, revenue, user growth, and key KPIs.
Requirements
. Year 3/4 university student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
. Strong interest in fintech, cross-border payments, and regional expansion strategy.
. Candidates from Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, or the Philippines are strongly encouraged to apply.
. Fluent in English proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, or Filipino is an advantage.
. Strong analytical mindset with good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
. Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
. Must be legally eligible to intern in Singapore.
