FXTRADING.com (FXT) is a fast-growing multi-asset trading platform with customers across the globe. We're building a marketing hub in Singapore to scale our analytics, attribution and growth capabilities. To support this next stage of expansion, we're hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist who can own our Martech stack, improve attribution accuracy across app and web, and turn data into actionable insights for the marketing and leadership teams.
About the Role
This role is the operational backbone of the marketing function. You'll manage our attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, analytics suite), build dashboards, query data, and ensure that every campaign has clean, reliable tracking. You'll also collaborate closely with our China-based development team, helping align product, tracking and data requirements across languages and systems.
Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you'll be the operational bridge between the Singapore marketing hub and our Chinese-speaking engineering and product teams.
We will prioritise candidates who already have the right to work in Singapore.
What You'll Do
Martech & Attribution
- Own and optimise FXT's marketing tech stack (AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, CRM, CDP).
- Manage app and web attribution setup, deep links, events, SKAN, and tracking integrations.
- Ensure clean, stable data across all inbound channels (paid, organic, referral, affiliates).
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards in tools like Data Studio, Looker, or Power BI.
- Query data using SQL or internal data tools to produce insights for campaigns and leadership.
- Track funnel metrics (click registration KYC deposit trading) and provide weekly insights.
Cross-Functional Operations
- Work directly with the China dev team to align on tracking, event mapping, and analytics requirements.
- Translate marketing needs into technical specifications and follow projects through to delivery.
- Troubleshoot attribution issues across iOS, Android and web.
Marketing Support
- Provide data inputs for campaign planning, optimisation and growth forecasts.
- Assist with QA of pixels, tag plans, UTM structures, and new feature launches.
- Support the CMO with ad-hoc data, product and performance insights.
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years in Marketing Operations, Growth Ops, Digital Analytics, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, looker and GA4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data (SQL or similar).
- Experience building dashboards and structuring data for decision-making.
- Understanding of attribution models, SKAN, event mapping and tracking logic.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken + written) to work effectively with China engineering teams.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate marketing needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in fintech or trading is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools, CDPs, or CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of app funnels, lifecycle metrics and deep linking.
- Ability to proactively diagnose tracking issues and propose solutions.
- Exposure to multi-market campaigns and data integration.
