Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing & New Media Operations Executive to support our marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence. This role involves managing digital campaigns, creating multimedia content, and operating social media and online platforms to enhance brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms

• Capture and edit photos and videos for branding and promotional purposes

• Manage and post content on social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LittleRED)

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

• Update and maintain the company website

• Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement suggestions

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Familiar with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and digital trends

• Creative, responsible, and a good team player

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage

Employment Details

• Location: Kaki Bukit

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Full-time
