  • Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics, and measure the impact of campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for optimisation
  • Assist in creating clear and engaging marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media posts
  • Support partnership marketing initiatives, including liaising with external partners and managing campaign deliverables
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, and other related fields at a reputable university with strong academic credentials/results, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by August 2027
  • Prior internship or project experience in marketing, CRM, or data analysis is a plus
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers, basic reporting, and campaign tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns, or content creation
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (design tools are a bonus)
