Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels
Track and analyse key performance metrics, and measure the impact of campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations for optimisation
Assist in creating clear and engaging marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media posts
Support partnership marketing initiatives, including liaising with external partners and managing campaign deliverables
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior

Requirements

Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, and other related fields at a reputable university with strong academic credentials/results, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by August 2027
Prior internship or project experience in marketing, CRM, or data analysis is a plus
Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers, basic reporting, and campaign tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns, or content creation
Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (design tools are a bonus)
