We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our market expansion and brand positioning efforts in the Asia-Pacific maritime sector. As a key player in the dry bulk shipping industry, ZHENGDE SHIPPING focuses on high-frequency, high-turnover cargo networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our corporate identity, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the energy and coal sectors, and identifying new chartering and operational opportunities through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to solidify the company's leading position in the Southeast Asian coal and dry bulk shipping market.
Brand Management: Oversee the corporate brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects our commitment to regional energy security and industrial stability.
Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Chartering and Operations teams to generate leads, identify potential clients (shipowners/charterers), and create persuasive pitch materials.
Requirements
Experience: At least 5-8 years of marketing or management experience.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex market data into clear strategic plans.
