Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with the brand's positioning and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), including content planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar featuring promotions, events, and menu highlights.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including visuals, videos, and copywriting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), with performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all outlets and marketing channels.
  • Oversee the design and production of menus, posters, digital assets, and in-store collaterals.
  • Liaise with external vendors including designers, photographers, and agencies.
  • Source and manage partnerships with influencers, KOLs, brands, and event organisers
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and PR agencies.
  • Organize media tastings, influencer sessions, and press invites.
  • Plan and execute events and activations (e.g., live music, DJ nights, launch parties) to drive customer engagement and revenue.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programmes, membership perks.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and professional growth. Work closely with chefs and bar teams on new menu launches and product promotions. Coordinate photoshoots and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.
  • Partner with Operations Managers and Outlet Managers to ensure proper on-ground execution of marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or similar roles.
  3. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  4. Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  5. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
