Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly & yearly marketing plans
  • Plan campaigns aligned with seasonal events
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

2. Campaign Execution

  • Lead promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with retail outlets for in-store marketing materials
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance

3. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Plan content calendars and campaign themes
  • Manage paid ads (Meta, TikTok Ads, Google)
  • Work closely with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, website, TikTok Shop)

4. Branding & Creative Direction

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels
  • Work with designers on EDMs, banners, posters, and product visuals
  • Guide photoshoots, styling, and campaign concepts

5. CRM & Customer Retention

  • Plan loyalty programs, vouchers, and app promotions
  • Execute push notifications, email marketing (EDM), and remarketing
  • Analyze customer data to improve the repeat purchase rate

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance (sales, ROI, traffic, conversion)
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights

7. Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and guide marketing team (executives/designers)
  • Coordinate with external partners (shopping malls, IP licensors, agencies)

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-6 years of marketing experience (retail/fashion preferred)
  • Strong understanding of both online & offline marketing
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution
  • Knowledge of social media, ads, and e-commerce platforms
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
