Marketing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of a growing consumer-focused business.

You will oversee a small marketing team and develop marketing initiatives to attract new customers, strengthen brand presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and coordinate the marketing team across paid advertising, social media and creative.

• Plan and oversee digital, social media and offline marketing campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and improve customer engagement.

• Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs and advertising returns.

• Review results and optimise marketing activities and budgets.

• Work closely with management and Sales to support business growth.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising and social media.

• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.

• Understanding of customer acquisition, campaign performance and marketing analytics.

• Good communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
