We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, supporting sales growth and brand development for our outlets.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's overall objectives.

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels

  • Oversee branding, messaging, and content consistency across all platforms

  • Manage company website, social media accounts, and marketing materials

  • Analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI, and provide regular reports

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies where required

  • Support sales and business development teams with marketing collaterals and lead-generation initiatives

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and branding strategies

    • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns end-to-end

    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools
