The Marketing (Senior) Manager plays a key role in the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies that grow the brand, drive enrolment and engage parents. This role leads the OPL marketing team in bringing our preschool brands to life through compelling brand storytelling and impactful marketing campaigns. You will define how we connect with families and play a part in helping parents discover the right learning environment for their child's early years.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Governance
Develop the brand strategy and marketing plans for 7oaks Preschool, Iman and OPL to drive business objectives
Set and maintain guidelines for all marketing communications to promote the company and maintain ideal brand image
Oversee corporate communications to ensure consistent and professional brand positioning across all internal and external communications
Act as a subject matter expert for the organisation
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and lead execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social and offline platforms
Coordinate campaign launches including events, promotions and outreach
Monitor campaign performance and optimisation to ensure every initiative delivers strong ROI
Develop new marketing ideas that attract parents and families
Guide messaging to differentiate 7oaks preschool and Iman from competitors
Manage Marketing Budget
Manage budget allocation and ensure optimal resource allocation across campaigns and channels
Manage marketing expenses against budgets
Vendor Management
Evaluate vendors performance and make recommendations on the continuance of relationships with vendors
Negotiate mutually beneficial contracting terms between vendors and own organisation
Establish standards and guidelines to ensure marketing communications executed vendors align with brand, quality and reporting requirements
Use Research and Insights
Analyse campaign reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and the return on investment (ROI)
Provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies, optimise campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities
Promote the adoption of customer management systems to enable effective marketing automation, lead management and performance tracking
Prepare management and board-level marketing performance reports that present data into clear insights for decision-making
Job Requirements
8 - 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 -3 years in a managerial role, with strong expertise across brand, product and performance marketing
Proven track record in planning and executing campaigns leading to measurable business outcomes
Strong understanding of marketing ROI and performance metrics
Proactive and collaborative team player
Experience in the early childhood education sector is an advantage
