We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, develop brand collaborations, and drive audience growth across our digital platforms.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand partnerships, and identifying new commercial opportunities that connect brands with Sassy Mama's audience.

This role requires a highly organised and creative marketer who understands digital media, brand storytelling, and partnership development. The successful candidate will work closely with editorial, sales, and leadership teams to deliver impactful campaigns and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and key flagship initiatives

. Coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts across website, social media, newsletters, and partner platforms.

. Support the development of marketing initiatives designed to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

Brand Partnerships & Commercial Opportunities

. Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnerships with leading lifestyle, travel, hospitality, retail, and education brands.

. Manage relationships with brand partners to ensure successful campaign delivery and long-term collaboration opportunities.

. Work closely with the sales team to develop attractive marketing packages and commercial offerings.

Audience Growth & Engagement

. Develop strategies to grow Sassy Mama's audience and strengthen engagement across digital platforms.

. Launch reader engagement initiatives including downloadable resources, and community-driven campaigns.

. Support initiatives that drive newsletter subscriber growth and website traffic.

PR & Brand Visibility

. Identify opportunities for media exposure, including interviews, podcasts, and press features.

. Collaborate with leadership and editorial teams to position Sassy Mama as a trusted voice within the parenting and family lifestyle space.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

. Monitor campaign performance across website traffic, EDM engagement, and social media metrics.

. Conduct marketing performance reviews and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.

Product & Revenue Development

. Identify and develop new monetisation opportunities for the platform.

. Contribute ideas for new products, campaigns, and brand activations that support Sassy Mama's long-term growth.

Requirements

Experience

. 4-6 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, digital media, or brand collaborations.

. Experience working with lifestyle, parenting, media, or consumer brands is highly desirable.

. Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Skills

. Strong relationship-building and partnership development skills.

. Excellent project management and organisational abilities.

. Strong written communication and storytelling skills.

. Experience working with social media marketing, email marketing, and content campaigns.

. Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.

. Experience working with digital publishers, media platforms, or content-driven brands
