Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support company growth in the construction and infrastructure sector. This role involves market analysis, lead generation, brand development, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to promote services, secure new business, and enhance company visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the construction industry

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and industry trends

Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance reports

Branding & Communication

Manage brand identity across all platforms, including digital, print, and corporate events

Create marketing content such as brochures, presentations, website updates, case studies, and project portfolios

Manage company social media, website, and online presence

Lead Generation & Business Development Support

Generate qualified leads through campaigns, networking, and industry events

Support tender submissions, proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification documents (PQDs)

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors

Digital Marketing

Oversee company digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing

Track digital performance and report analytics to management

Event & Customer Engagement

Coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, and industry trade shows

Manage customer feedback and ensure high service satisfaction

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives

Support HR for recruitment branding and training materials

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience (construction or engineering preferred)

Strong understanding of tender processes, construction market dynamics, and B2B marketing

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools

Strong analytical skills & ability to work under tight deadlines
