Job Summary

Support the marketing team by planning and executing content creation, managing social media channels, coordinating campaigns with partners, and engaging audiences to strengthen brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content shoots, including photo and video editing, to produce engaging marketing materials
• Manage and grow Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok accounts by creating and scheduling targeted content
• Develop and run outlet marketing campaigns while coordinating with KOL/KOC partners to maximize reach and engagement
• Prepare promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer feedback to enhance audience engagement
• Follow the content calendar and report progress regularly to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support additional marketing tasks as needed
• Work weekends when required to support events and marketing activities

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
