Job Summary

Develop and execute marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services to drive business growth and profitability. Lead the marketing team, conduct market research, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and support operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services to increase market share and customer engagement
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making
• Forecast food and beverage demand accurately to support operational planning and budgeting processes
• Apply expertise in sales costing, pricing, and margin management to optimize product profitability
• Lead and supervise the marketing team by setting clear objectives and driving performance to achieve business goals
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to align team efforts and improve sales outcomes
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for business performance improvement and strategic adjustments

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience
• Excellent communication skills
