Responsibilities

We're looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our rebranded beauty and wellness group: Glamour+, Glow Haven Aesthetics & Wellness, and Salon V Hair Studio.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the marketing direction of three distinct brands under one visionary umbrella. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong creative edge and a love for the beauty industry, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the overall marketing direction and strategy for all three brands, aligning with business objectives and market trends
. Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, retail, PR, events, and partnerships
. Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent and timely rollout of brand campaigns and activations
. Generate engaging and brand-aligned content for social media, website, and digital platforms
. Oversee customer experience design by mapping out the customer journey and identifying key marketing touchpoints to enhance satisfaction and conversion
. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to better understand customer needs, inform strategies, and uncover growth opportunities
. Monitor and report on campaign performance with regular analytics reports optimize based on insights (ROI, KPIs, engagement)
. Manage the marketing budget across campaigns and platforms, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
. Build and manage partnerships with influencers, media, brands, and landlords for co-branded initiatives and collaborations
. Ensure brand consistency across all communications, content, and customer interactions
. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and vendors to deliver quality, on-brand marketing materials
. Support CRM and customer retention strategies, including marketing and promotions
. Guide junior marketing staff and collaborate with external agencies where required

Requirements

. A strategic thinker with a creative edge and passion for branding, digital marketing, and consumer engagement
. Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (beauty, retail, or lifestyle industries preferred)
. Strong knowledge in content creation, social media, and campaign management
. Comfortable using tools such as Meta Ads, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.
. Strong communication and copywriting skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
. Experience in marketing reports and turning data into actionable insights
. Must be Singaporean or PR (due to quota restrictions)
. Independent, results-driven, and adaptable with excellent leadership and collaboration skills
