Control CPL

Build a repeatable funnel system

Scale to 8 outlets

What You Will Own

Lead Engine

. Meta Ads (Full funnel structure)

. TikTok Ads

. Google Ads (Search + YouTube)

. Retargeting systems

. Pixel tracking & event optimisation

Funnel System

. Landing page conversion optimisation

. Lead Booking conversion tracking

. Booking Show-up optimisation

. Show-up Closing data feedback loop

. Cost per acquisition control

Testing & Scaling

. A/B testing weekly

. Creative testing framework

. Hook testing

. Offer testing

. Budget allocation strategy

Data Control

You must know daily:

. CPL

. Cost per booking

. Cost per show-up

. Cost per sale

. ROAS

. Funnel drop-off rate

. Proven CPL improvement case

. Experience in beauty / aesthetic is bonus

KPI

. Minimum X qualified leads per month

. CPL target (to be defined)

. Lead-to-sale conversion improvement

. 3-month performance review

. Scale strategy proposal within 90 days

Compensation Structure

Base: SGD 6.5k - 8k

. Performance Bonus

. Profit Share on scalable system

. 3-month probation (results-driven)
