The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and boost sales performance. This role oversees both online and offline marketing initiatives and works closely with operations and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement overall marketing strategies and annual marketing plans
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google, Meta, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual consistency across all channels
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs
Plan and manage marketing budgets and track ROI
Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events
Work with designers, influencers, media partners, and vendors
Analyse marketing performance data and prepare regular reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support outlet launches, campaigns, and partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of marketing experience (retail / F&B / family or lifestyle brands preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience with paid ads, content planning, and campaign execution
Good analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
