Responsibilities:

 Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including tenants, brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees. Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies.

 Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

 Take up brand building activity to entice decision makers from the Builder fraternity.

 Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives

 Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.

 Create marketing & communication collaterals

 Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

 Coordinating with external agencies

 Coordinating with Vendors for marketing collaterals

Desired Candidate:

 2-5 Years in Marketing, offline & online, PR, Working with Ad agencies etc

 Must have good knowledge of Branding

 Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

 MBA in Marketing course will be PLUS (Preferred)

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
