Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing initiatives across Nature Group's businesses, including landscaping, decking, timber, and ground protection solutions. This role will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, generating quality leads, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's marketing strategy, branding, and communications plans
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all business units
• Drive lead generation and support business development efforts across the Group
• Manage digital marketing channels, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Create engaging content, project case studies, and marketing materials to showcase the Group's capabilities
• Manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and creative partners
• Track and analyse marketing performance, lead sources, and return on investment (ROI)
• Manage the Group's marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Organise and support exhibitions, networking events, and industry engagement activities
• Identify and implement new marketing technologies, AI tools, and market trends to improve effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content creation, and lead generation
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, agencies, and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Analytical, creative, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
