About Menlo
Menlo Research is an Applied R&D lab building Asimov, an open-source humanoid robot platform, and the full software stack that powers it. Our mission is to make humanoid labor economically viable -- turning software into physical labor at scale. We build across the full stack: hardware architecture, locomotion, autonomy, simulation, and infrastructure. We move fast, ship to real robots, and open-source everything we can. The Role
This is a senior, full-ownership marketing role. You will build and lead the marketing function at Menlo from the ground up -- setting direction, building systems, and doing the work. Your remit covers Asimov and the Menlo Platform, across brand, content, demand generation, community, and go-to-market, with a primary focus on the Asian market: Singapore, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, and Greater China. You will work directly with the founders, with real influence over how Menlo is positioned regionally and globally. This is a 0-to-1 role -- there is no playbook to inherit, no team to step into, and no legacy to maintain. You will define what marketing at Menlo looks like, then build it.
