Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Event Strategy & Programme Management

  • Lead the overall private wealth event strategy, including annual event planning, event formats, themes, and audience segmentation.

  • Develop premium event experiences such as roundtables, investment seminars, exclusive dinners, market outlook briefings, and flagship conferences.

  • Ensure event concepts are aligned with brand positioning, business development priorities, and client engagement goals.

  • Identify suitable partnership, sponsorship, and co-hosting opportunities to strengthen market presence.

  • Manage event budgets and track performance, ROI, and commercial outcomes.

Content-Led Event Development

  • Build event themes, narratives, and angles that resonate with HNW/UHNW and private wealth audiences.

  • Curate speaker line-ups, panel topics, moderator guides, discussion frameworks, and event presentation materials.

  • Work closely with investment, advisory, and marketing teams to develop relevant topics such as market outlook, asset allocation, alternatives, and succession planning.

  • Translate complex financial topics into engaging event formats that provide real value to attendees.

  • Ensure every event supports thought leadership, brand credibility, and client engagement.

Pre-Event Marketing & Audience Engagement

  • Plan and execute pre-event marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and attendance.

  • Develop event copy for invitations, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, paid ads, and other marketing touchpoints.

  • Create teaser content, speaker spotlights, topic previews, and countdown communications.

  • Work with paid media and growth teams on targeting, retargeting, registration flows, and conversion optimisation.

  • Partner with relationship managers or advisors on VIP invitation strategies and personalised outreach.

  • Monitor registration performance and adjust marketing tactics where needed.

Event Execution & Experience Design

  • Manage end-to-end event production, including logistics, vendors, venue coordination, event materials, and on-site execution.

  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect a premium and professional brand experience.

  • Coordinate with AV teams, photographers, videographers, live-streaming vendors, and external partners.

  • Oversee event collateral, signage, presentations, and attendee experience.

  • Work with compliance teams to ensure event materials and communications meet regulatory requirements.

Post-Event Amplification

  • Develop post-event content strategies to extend the impact of each event.

  • Repurpose event content into articles, highlight reels, social posts, quote graphics, short-form videos, blog content, and other marketing assets.

  • Manage post-event follow-up communications, including thank-you emails, event recaps, on-demand content, resources, and next-step calls-to-action.

  • Support attendee nurture programmes to move leads further through the funnel.

  • Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement, content performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, paid media, growth, advisory, sales, and compliance teams.

  • Align event activities with wider marketing campaigns, content calendars, and brand initiatives.

  • Support lead capture, scoring, handover, and follow-up processes.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, content quality, and audience experience across all event activities.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track event KPIs such as registrations, attendance rate, engagement, qualified leads, conversion, event-sourced pipeline, and ROI.

  • Gather attendee feedback through surveys, NPS, and qualitative insights.

  • Analyse content performance, post-event engagement, downloads, and pipeline attribution.

  • Use data and feedback to improve future event formats, topics, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Experience in luxury, premium, or ultra-high-net-worth brand environments

  • Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements for event communications and marketing materials

  • Experience with event technology platforms (registration, engagement, virtual/hybrid production)

  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and how events support targeted strategies

  • Video production or multimedia content creation experience
