Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness and market growth in Singapore through data-driven market insights, integrated marketing campaigns, and close collaboration with sales and operations teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand positioning, demand generation, and marketing ROI in a competitive consumer and smart-appliance market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on the Singapore market, including competitor analysis, customer insights, and industry trends.

Prepare regular market intelligence and analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.

  1. Brand & Campaign Management

Develop and execute brand promotion plans aligned with business objectives.

Plan and manage integrated online and offline marketing activities, including exhibitions, product experience events, roadshows, and digital/social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility.

  1. Sales & Go-to-Market Support

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing and sales enablement materials such as product brochures, pitch decks, promotional videos, and case studies.

Provide ongoing marketing support for key sales initiatives and product launches.

  1. Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage brand social media platforms and digital channels.

Plan and execute content marketing strategies to increase audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

  1. Performance Tracking & ROI Management

Track and analyse marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.

Optimise media spend, channels, and tactics based on data insights, and take ownership of marketing ROI.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
  • Prior experience in new energy, smart appliances, or technology-driven brands is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Singapore's media landscape, marketing channels, and consumer behaviour.

Core Competencies

  • Strong market research and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale brand campaigns, exhibitions, or integrated marketing projects.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative planning skills, capable of independently developing social media content and marketing materials.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, after-sales, and internal stakeholders.
